CUSTOMER & PET CARE
At Red Maple K9, we understand the importance of safety when it comes to caring for your furry friends. Whether they are here for our training program or our board and train service, their safety is our top priority. We are committed to treating all pets with care and compassion while ensuring that they have fun and positive experiences.
When you trust your pets with Red Maple K9, you can be assured that their health and well-being is in good hands. If your pet experiences any medical issues while in our care, we will notify you immediately. We ask that our clients disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or pre-existing conditions of their pets beforehand so we can provide the best care possible.
BOOKING LESSONS & CANCELLATIONS
Booking
Please fill out our contact form to book a lesson or secure your Board and Train dates. Board and Train services will require a $150 non-refundable deposit to secure the start date. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the Board and Train program.
Cancellations
All lesson cancellations made under a 24-hour period will be subject to full lesson fees. Should you require to cancel or reschedule a lesson, kindly provide at minimum 24-hours notice to respect the time of our trainers and other clients.
All Board and Train cancellations require one-weeks' notice and will be provided their deposit back in full. Any cancellation made under a one-week period will not receive their $150 deposit back.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
We take the safety and privacy of our clients and their pets very seriously. Therefore, we ensure that all information we collect is kept secure and never shared with third parties. At Red Maple K9, we prioritize confidentiality and believe in building relationships based on trust with our clients.
All photos and videos we take of your pup will be shared with the owners and only used on Red Maple K9's social media accounts should permission be granted.
